There are times in your life where you feel like everything is unbearable. You go through tough times and all other challenges that test your faith and shakens your trust in the Lord. That's the same time where you must hold on and believe that everything happens for a reason, and what you're going through today will also pass away.
As a Christian, no matter how devoted you are, you are still going to sin and commit wrongful acts that would destroy your inner being and spirituality. People will judge you, abhor you, and belittle you. But know that God is with you and He will never forsake you. Through Him, you will be restored once again as one of His faithful servants.
You can be deformed, crumpled, or damaged, but through God's restoration, you will rise again. What matters to Him is your humility and full acceptance of Him. Do it today.
Acts 3:19-21 declares, "Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out, that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and that he may send the Christ appointed for you, Jesus, whom heaven must receive until the time for restoring all the things about which God spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets long ago."
You will only be forgiven if you ask for His forgiveness. Humble yourself and accept that you're a sinner who needs Christ within you. Allow Him to live inside your heart, so He may be able to renew your soul and bring you back to Him. Restoration is a wonderful gift you can receive from His divine power. One who is restored is meant to do great things in the name of the Lord. Not anyone is given a second chance. If it's about being able to live with God once more, do not hesitate to accept and let Him make you whole again.
Everytime you face troubles in life, be it spiritual, emotional, or physical, know that God sees your sufferings and He seeks to heal your pain. Psalm 71:20-21 states, "You who have made me see many troubles and calamities will revive me again; from the depths of the earth you will bring me up again. You will increase my greatness and comfort me again."
There is always a rainbow after every rain. It's important to always see hope amidst the darkness because God is willing to shed light to those who need it most. He will calm the rage in your heart if you let Him reign inside it. Losing hope would affect how you view your future endeavors, hence you must strengthen your faith and believe that He will always guide you along the way.
Hosea 6:1 declares, “Come, let us return to the LORD. He has torn us to pieces but he will heal us; he has injured us but he will bind up our wounds." No matter how far you have been, you must always seek to return to God and follow His will. Forget the past that stains your present and focus on your future with Him in all your endeavors. Be ready for His glory and make yourself whole and restored.
There's nothing better than transforming into someone who is pleasing in the eyes of the Lord. In life, it is only Him that should matter. Do not think about other people's judgements and criticisms. What's inside your heart and your pure repentance is the only thing He wants from you. If you dwell in your life, you will only be walking the right direction and what once was lost will now be found.
Restoration is more than just renewing yourself from a certain damage. It's also about a new beginning and commitment to the Lord by serving His will and accepting Him back in your life. As Christians, you are ought to sin and commit wrongful acts, but with His power to restore you, you can be well again. Open yourself for Him to enter your inner being and let Him do wonders in your soul, mind, and body.
