People have different forms of entertainment and pleasurable ways of making themselves feel better. Some may enjoy a simple walk in the park, buying their favorite food, or talking to a dear friend they haven't met in a while. While others, especially wealthy people, want to do things a little extra and entertain themselves inside a casino.

Engaging in good things doesn't mean you should do everything perfectly. As long as you are not instilling greedy and immoral thoughts in your mind and your form of entertainment is safe and wholesome, then you are free to make yourself happy as it should be. 

Seek Ultimate Happiness with God

As much as it's tolerable for you to hop into different forms of entertainment. It is still better if your enjoyment comes from fellowship with God. Nothing is worthwhile than spending time with him and making sure your leisure time is spent walking with Him throughout the day. That being said, you should always keep in mind the kind of entertainment you want to seek instead of going into what is trendy and sought after. 

Inside a casino are various choices of entertaining activities you can do such as eating, shopping, playing, and even gambling. Make sure you choose the kind that's fulfilling to your heart and soul, and not just merely to your eyes. Philippians 4:8 declares, “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.” God wants you to find pleasure on things that gives you honor, wisdom, and pure satisfaction, not just on things that wastes your time or your money. 

Engage into Wholesome Entertainment 

Ecclesiastes 9:7-9 urges, "Eat your bread in joy, and drink your wine with a merry heart, for God has already approved what you do. Let your garments be always white. Let not oil be lacking on your head. Enjoy life with the wife whom you love." A healthy form of entertainment inside a casino includes spending time with your family or friends. As long as you abide to what's pleasing in the eyes of God, your pleasure will always be celebrated. 

Every levity you want should be taken in proper context and not just out of selfish fun. A merry heart is something you should pursue while bringing God's providence with you. If you allow yourself to be guided by Him, you will not be swayed into doing things that may harm you in the end. 

Stay Authentic to Yourself

A single distraction from reality may divert your attention to it for the long run if you won't control yourself. Stay genuine to who you are what you truly desire from a certain enjoyment. A casino is a place for you to have fun, not to take you away from your responsibilities. Make sure that you do not allow it to interfere with your time that is meant to be spent with your family or your children. 

God wants you to cater your obligations as His steward, while enjoying yourself somewhere. You deserve to unwind, to relax, and pamper yourself as long as you want, provided you are not doing anything at the expense of your own or someone's else's welfare. If you seek entertainment out of sinful desires, the end part will always be disastrous. As Romans 12:2 suggests, "Do not be conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may discern what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God."

In everything you do, let God intervene in between your moments of fun and pleasure in order to guide you to the right path. If you have Him within you, your entertainment will be safe and healthy, which will give you a genuine source of happiness and enjoyment. God is giving you a chance to make the best of all His graces here on earth, while fulfilling your responsibility as His follower. Everything is good as long as in moderation, because too much of anything is bad for your physical, memtal, emotional, and spiritual health.
